The Factory of Advanced Building Industries (ABI) was founded and first operated in 2005 by Mr. Aris Zeipekis and the cypriot company Zeiplast Ltd. It is situated in the 4th Industrial Zone of Borg El - Arab in Alexandria, Egypt. 

ABI produce construction products such as lime, gypsum, perlite, mortars, adhesives and grouts and are equipped with all the required production equipment such as lime kiln, gypsum kiln, perlite kiln, blending and mixing equipment and qualified personnel such as Chemical and Michanical Engineers etc.

In the factory there is a quality control laboratory and a machinery workshop.

The main customers of ABI are Cypriot and Middle Eastern construction companies who recognize high quality products.
