All the staff is aware of the companies’ policy through proper training and communication.

Using selected and standard procedures, with the allowance of necessary training based on right principles of communication within the Factory, the effectiveness of the Quality is secured.

The Factory applies a variety of methodologies for determination, monitorship and prevention of measurable objectives, internal audit in frequent periods, solution and prevention of various situations and systematical revision on behalf of the management on issues such as operations and products.

All staff members are committed to the application and continuous improvement of this policy and all the provisions of the Factory Production Control.
